I know these feelings of frustration and defeat: when you’re trying to lose weight but it is not working, because I’ve been there.
Back in 2013, I remember that I a planned night out with friends and started to get dressed and I kind you not I tried on about 15 pieces of clothing. And Nothing. Nothing would fit. Nothing will pass my thighs. Nothing will hide my gut. I ended up sitting next to a giant pile of clothes and while binging on oreos and watch Netflix.
I just wanted was to wear a dress and have a slim waist and a nice booty; a sexy feminine hourglass figure.
What made me lose weight and get serious about my fitness & health??!!
- Not liking how I looked in the mirror. Everytime I put on clothes I would never be satisfied. I always looked at my waistline and thought it could be better.
- Being at that place in my life really affected my health mentally and physically. I had a low self-esteem and wasn’t taking care of my body or my health. I literally felt like a slob.
- I was tired of starving myself and trying shit load of diets and seeing no results. I was barely eating and was still fat; WTF!
- Having no energy or motivation. I had no energy to better myself. I had no idea where to start. I hated feeling stuck.
The journey of achieving the body I desire and taking control of my body has been incredible. I decided I need to help other women like me that are going through this struggle. No one should feel stuck. It changed my life to lose this weight.

Meal Plan and Tracker: There will be a meal plan ideas and a tracker for you to put in what you are eating and this will tell you if you are on track.
Group Support: In there I will be able to keep tabs on your progression through the course, guide you through your blocks and answer your questions. I will be on there daily to answer ANYTHING. There will be live-streams with more information along your journey.
