We are going to build a schedule and routine that is going to work just for you. You can have the body you always wanted. It is possible. Specific Meal Plan- Let’s figure out where you are going on in your current diet and let’s change your habits! We will figure out what is going to work for you and what isn’t because the goal here is to make this stick!
Weekly Calls – I am here for you! We will have weekly video calls because weekly we are going to catch up and talk about you! I will answer any questions and coach you where necessary! We will have goals weekly and create the paths how to achieve them!
